Netflix’s The Babysitter: Killer Queen has the same energy and excitement as its prequel, The Babysitter of 2017. However, some questions were left unanswered at the ending of the movie after the rolling of credits. A few mysteries were left to be resolved at the ending of the film although it dealt with The Babysitter’s aftermath and closure.

The film features Judah Lewis as Cole Johnson, Emily Alyn Lind as Melanie, Jenna Ortega as Phoebe, Robbie Amell as Max, Andrew Bachelor as John, Leslie Bibb as Mrs Johnson, Hana Mae Lee as Sonya, Bella Thorne as Allison, Samara Weaving as Bee, etc. The sequel was announced on September 26, 2019. The film was premiered in Netflix on September 10, 2020.
What happened in The Babysitter: Killer Queen?
The sequel follows Cole two years after The Babysitter events. He is shown as struggling to cope with his teenage high school life. He is thought to be crazy by everyone as he insisted about surviving the Satanic ritual that has completed alienated him from his social life. However, he went to a lake party and the real fun games start from there. Of course, another satanic ritual is happening again with Melanie as charge now. Things became more interesting when the first movie’s teenagers killed by Cole are back again for another chance.
The ending of The Babysitter: Killer Queen Plotline
In the finale of the film, everyone linked to the ritual disappeared after drinking Cole’s blood as he longer remained innocent. It is likely that they ended up in Hell permanently. It cannot full said to be a triumphant moment as there is also a bittersweet ending with the disappearance of Bee along with them. She bids goodbye to Cole and Phoebe after planning the whole thing for saving Cole and Phoebe. However, the book is not shown to be destroyed in the post-credit scene with it still intact on the sand. So the book may be used again for such demonic rituals.
