Beastars is the anime series of Japan, taken from Paru Itagaki’s manga of similar name. It is a coming of the age fantasy drama that premiered on the Fuji TV (+Ultra), TNC, KTV, THK, UHB, and BS Fuji. The series is licensed by Netflix and directed by Shinichi Matsumi.

Release Date and Production: Beastars Season 2 

Season 1 of Beastars originally premiered from October to December of 2019. It consisted of 12 episodes. It released internationally on Netflix on March 13, 2020. The Beastars series renewal for the second season took place with the conclusion of the TV broadcast. The second season release date has now finally got confirmed.

The Netflix anime have also suffered several production delays due to the pandemic. Rumours were also there that the release date might get delayed. The series will now finally get released in January of 2021. It expects to arrive in Netflix in April or May of 2021.

Beastars features characters such as Legoshi, Haru, Louis, Juno, Gohin, Jack, Bill, Collot, Voss, Miguno, Durham, Sanu, Kai, Els, Dom, Kibi, Shiels, Aoba, Ellen, Mizuchi, Legom, Tem, Zoe, Tao, Gon, Mayor, Ogma, Ibuki, and Free. The voice-overs for the Japenese and English are different.

Plotline: Beastars Season 2

Beastars follows the story of the manga that showcases Legoshi that is a large grey wolf. It will get pick up from where season 1 ended. The murderer of Tem, as seen in the post-credit scene, may be featured. Louis may also survive as his death was never actually showed. Season 2 may portray chapters 48 – 98 of the manga.
