Joshua James Duggar

Joshua James Duggar, an American former television host, and political lobbyist was born on March 3, 1988. He’s best known for his roles on the unscripted television shows 19 Kids and Counting and Counting On. Duggar was the eldest of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar’s 19 children and served as the leader overseer of FRC Action, a campaigning political action advisory group (PAC) funded by the Family Research Council, from June 2013 to May 2015, when news broke that he had assaulted many under-age young ladies, including four of his sisters when he was 14–15 years old.

Josh began dating Anna Renée Keller, who was born on June 23, 1988, on June 15, 2007. They got ready for marriage on June 23, 2008, and married on September 26, 2008, at the Buford Grove Baptist Church in Hilliard, Florida. The couple is the parents of six children. In October of 2009, their first child was born. On April 23, 2021, the couple announced that they were expecting their seventh child, a young lady.

Child pornography

The lawfulness of child pornography differs by country on its definition and interpretation. While organizations and arrangements have set rules for nations to follow, it’s dependent upon the individual nation to carry out internationally acknowledged standards into law. Child pornography is unlawful in many nations around the world. Convictions for possessing child pornography also include jail terms, but for first-time offenders, these sentences are often reduced to probation.

Duggar found not guilty

According to a government arraignment released Friday, Josh Duggar, who appeared alongside his parents and 18 relatives on the unscripted TV drama “19 Kids and Counting,” is facing charges of downloading and possessing child pornography.

The announcement comes just days after Duggar, 33, and his girlfriend Anna Duggar announced they are expecting their seventh child.

As indicated by court archives Duggar falsely used the web in May 2019 to download child pornography, some of which portray the physical exploitation of children under the age of 12. He is accused of getting and having child pornography.

Duggar was apprehended by US Marshals on April 29, 2021, on government charges of possessing child pornography. Examiners claim that Duggar got the pictures in May 2019 and it was recognized that a government investigation by the workplace of the U.S. After Duggar’s trade-in vehicle company Wholesale Motorcars was investigated by Homeland Security specialists in November 2019 as part of a Department of Justice campaign to protect children from sexual maltreatment and trafficking, a lawyer for the Western District of Arkansas was recently suggested. The government grand jury accuses Duggar of “purposefully” obtaining obscene photographs of children under the age of 12. Duggar was booked into the Washington County Jail after his arrest.

In an Arkansas court on Friday, Josh Duggar claimed that he was not guilty of embracing and possessing child pornography. His counsel refused to have the allegations against him reviewed by the adjudicator.

Because of COVID-19 limitations, Duggar was forced to appear. When asked if he understood what he was accused of, Duggar replied, “Indeed, your honor.”

Although awaiting his bond hearing, Duggar remains in custody without bail. If bail is set in this manner and he is released, he should be placed in a home without minors.

The case is being arraigned as a component of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide drive to battle child sexual exploitation and misuse dispatched by the Department of Justice in 2006.
