What Do We Know So Far?

Due to the sudden spike in Covid patients, the production team had everyone examined and a few members of the team tested positive. Keeping the health of the team in mind, producers have decided to pause the production of the series and the team was told to follow the safety protocols. However, we can assume that it is quite serious, as no official statements have been released. We don’t know how severe this situation is, as the Delta variant of the COVID-19 is infecting more and more people worldwide. Season 10 has seen many delays due to covid and it’s no wonder the fans are worried.

The horror series was renewed on August 3, 2018, and was originally set to air in 2020 but was rescheduled due to production being delayed due to the pandemic. Production began filming for the season on December 2, 2020. The 10th season will incorporate two different stories,” one by the sea, one by the sand”.

Returning cast members from previous seasons include Frances Conroy as Belle Noir, Leslie Grossman as Ursula, Billie Lourd as Lark, and others. Two new faces have joined the tenth season, Neal McDonough as Dwight D. Eisenhower and Macaulay Culkin as Mickey.

American Horror Story’s Rescheduling Is A Big Deal

The show has been on the air for a decade now and the production team must’ve taken measures to prevent the spread of this virus. This is an alarming issue, as, despite the precautions, the team still tested positive. Even though Hollywood’s unions and the major companies came to a new agreement, under which mandatory Vaccinations On Productions is now an option. But the issue here is that the vaccines are not 100% effective in preventing Covid or spreading it. It’s now up to the production team of the show, to restart the production when they deem it safe.
