Steven Universe is an American television series. It is an action, science-fantasy anime series. The anime series is created by Rebecca Sugar. Cartoon Network studios are the production studio for the series while warner bros. television is the distributor.
The series has won critical positive acclaim. It has a broad fan base. It is known for its characterization, design, music, and world-building in science fiction. The series received the GLAAD media award, this award was for the Outstanding kids and family program. This award was given in 2019. Indeed, this was the first time that this award was given to an anime television series. And now fans badly want a Steven Universe Season 6.
Kids love the show as well as adults. It is filled with comedy and humor and yet has science fiction as its core.
Steven Universe Season 6 Release Date
The series has released its five seasons with 160 episodes in total. The first season was premiered on 4th November 2013. It has 53 episodes. And the last season was premiered on 29 May 2017.
The second, third and fourth season has 25 episodes each while the fifth season has 32 episodes. Indeed, the series was followed by a film that was released on September 2, 2019, and a limited series titled “Steven Universe future” was released with 20 episodes in 2019.
The series is not renewed for a sixth season yet, officially. However, in an interview, the creator said that she is working on the sixth season of the series. And since the sixth season is still underwriting, it will take some time to get released. It is expected to release in late 2022. Some people confuse the Steven Universe future as the sixth season which it is not, it is an epilogue limited series.

Steven Universe Season 6 Storyline
The story of the series revolves around a young boy named Steven. He lives in a town called beach city. The series has a group called crystal gems who are magical humanoid aliens. They save their world from their own kind. Steven is half-Gem and is a part of the group. he has a lot of adventures with his friends.
These Gems groups are ageless warriors despite Steven. They have magical gemstones at the core of their being. Steven is a half gem from her mother. On his journey as half Steven explores the various powers, he inherited from his mother.
The series shows steven’s daily life and how he helps his friends. The show shows the real aspects of life through steven’s feelings, how he felt about things, and being a half-human, half-gem how he feels about growing up.
