Thor’s secret origins teased for July 2022 and it’s related to Avengers 1,000,000 BC.
Thor’s secret origin is going to be teased this Summer in July 2022 which is going to relate to the prehistoric Avengers or Avengers 1,000,000 BC. Marvel announced that a new Avengers 1,000,000 BC comic will release in July 2022 this will also reveal the secret origin of Thor Odinson. The publisher also teases a poster for the announcement where we can see the symbol of Phoenix who is a member of X-Men. No further information has been released but Marvel said more information would be coming soon.
Who is Lady Pheonix?
Lady Pheonix or Fire Hair is one of the founding members of Avengers 1,000,000 BC. She was the first early human mutant who became an avatar for the Pheonix force. Generally, we have seen the Pheonix force in the movies of X-Men where the Pheonix force was possessed by Jean Grey. We have also seen the Odin force in the Thor franchise. So we have seen both the forces in the live-action movies.
Thor’s relation with Lady Pheonix.
Thor was born in the Asgard as it is one of the most powerful realms among the 9 realms. Thor is the son of Odin. But now the question arises who is the mother of Thor? But it makes no sense by saying who is the mother of Thor as we saw in the Thor movies that Frigga is the mother of Thor. But in comics, Pheonix gave birth to the Thor in 2021’s Avengers #43 by Jason Aaron, Javier Garrón, David Curiel, and VC’s Cory Petit. Many things have come that the God of Thunder was inclined by the Goddess of Earth Gaea who gave birth to Thor and later he was adopted by Frigga. In Avengers #54 it reveals that Thor can harness the Pheonix force when he met his evil version of him from another reality. His evil version of him already has the power of Dark Pheonix. Then Echo helps Thor embrace that he is the son of a Thunderbird. Then he summons a blast of the Phoenix’s flames that comes in the shape of a lightning bolt. So in this comic, it will be clear what is the relationship between Thor and Lady Pheonix.

The Avengers 1,000,000 BC was created by Jason Aaron and Esad Ribić. About 1,000,000 years before the present the early Avengers were formed. Pheonix began assembling a team of supernatural and mystically powered individuals. Pheonix first recruited the Borson Odin. Together they recruited the demigod sorcerer Agamotto, the Black Panther of the Panther Tribe, the demonically-empowered Ghost Rider, Iron Fist, and Starbrand.
It is quite interesting to know what genealogy Thor belongs to. As Thor is one of the strongest Avengers and his secret origin story is going to see by the fans. As Pheonix is also an important character so both Thor and Pheonix will be there in the main role in this comic. This comic will be published in July 2022. Whereas Thor Love and Thunder are also going to release on July 8th, 2022. So July is going to be the month of Thor.
