According to official sources, he is loving Spider-Man: No Way Home and called the film the greatest and best movie he has ever seen. While many critics find it hard to point out flaws in the last installment of the Spider-Man franchise, even Raimi has termed it one of the greatest movies he has ever seen.

It is the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) and Spider-Man: Far from Home (2019), The film was directed by Jon Watts and written by Chris Mckenna and Erik Sommers. It stars Tom Holland as Spider-Man/ Peter Parker, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Jamie Foxx, William Dafoe, Alfred Molina, Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire, etc. With the worldwide lockdown, many people were able to enjoy this movie for free and they were also enjoying it with their friends and family.
However, the iconic director Sam Raimi spoke about his wish of the Spiderman No Way Home Franchise stating it the best movie he has ever seen in his lifetime. In the same interview, he spoke about how he admired Jon Watts as the director of Spider-Man: No-Way Home. Raimi also had a really big praise and proudness for Tom Holland’s acting in the Spider-Man Franchise.

Following the release of Spider-Man 3 in 2007, Sam Raimi started developing Spider-Man 4, which would have seen Peter Parker colliding with Vulture and Black Cat and was initially made to release for May 6, 2011. However, due to creative differences, Raimi withdrew from the project. And Like so many people, Raimi likely thought his era of Spider-Man on film would never be revisited and experienced, but thanks to the MCU opening up the multiverse, Spider-Man: No Way Home was able to pull it off and create big magic among fans and critics.
