The famous American political thriller limited television series Gaslit is based on a scandal that is commonly known as the Watergate scandal. The main protagonist of the story is a celebrity Arkansan socialite known as Martha Mitchell. She is also a wife to Nixon’s loyal Attorney General, John N. Mitchell.
