The series follows the story of two siblings, Sora and Shiro, as they escape their simple lives to play video games. Their hobby quickly becomes an obsession, and their lives are consumed by the goal of clearing the final level of the video game which is called “Eternal Life.” However, one day the siblings are challenged to a game of chess by Tet, who is a god from another reality. The mysterious god welcomes the siblings to Disboard, which is a world where all forms of wars from big to small are settled not through wars, but with the use of high-stake games. Therefore, in the strange land where humanity is reduced to a game, the sibling duo wanted to continue playing games- in order to unite the sixteen races of Disboard, defeat Tet and become the gods of this new game.
Will there be a Season 2 of No game No life?
Well, till now there has been no announcement regarding No Game No Life Season 2. However, according to official sources and news that was circulating in the latest issue of Monthly Comic Alive magazine it was announced that a special announcement might come for” No Game No Life”. But till now the makers have not officially released anything regarding the release date of the next season of the series. And there were also some rumors that the series was canceled because the author was caught plagiarizing. But however, the makers stated that it’s fake news because the author was not well and that incident happened years ago, and since then 5 more novels and movies have been published. But the confirmation regarding No Game No Life Season 2 is still not made by the makers which have led fans to question whether the season 2 would be renewed or not.
