Tina Win Begins an Exciting New Chapter With Lusivex, LED by Acclaimed Music Executive Eshy Gazit
The LUSIVEX team, led by two-time Billboard International Power Player Eshy Gazit, known for helping lead BTS’s U.S. breakthrough, will work with independent pop artist Tina Win on a 12-month artist-development campaign.
LOS ANGELES, CA — October 2026 — LUSIVEX, the artist-development team led by acclaimed music executive Eshy Gazit, whose career has included helping guide K-pop’s historic expansion into the American mainstream, is beginning a 12-month artist-development collaboration with independent pop artist, singer-songwriter and performer Tina Win.
Gazit served as BTS’s U.S. managing partner from 2016 to 2018 during the group’s early American breakthrough and has worked with MONSTA X in the U.S. market. His career spans artist development, A&R, radio, television, touring, label partnerships, marketing and international market development. Named a Billboard International Power Player in 2021 and 2022, Gazit leads LUSIVEX and Intertwine Records.
Starting immediately, the LUSIVEX team will work with Win across Los Angeles and New York to develop the next phase of her music, live presence and career. The collaboration draws on Gazit’s industry experience and network to connect Win with writers, producers, musicians and other creative professionals capable of translating her ambitious artistic vision into a new body of work.

Tina Win is a Romanian-born independent pop artist raised on the Jersey Shore, a songwriter, performer, creative director and founder of Tina Win Music LLC. A classically trained vocalist who began performing and studying the arts in childhood, Win has built her career independently while maintaining ownership of her masters and brand assets. She enters the collaboration with a defined artistic identity, completed music and a clear vision for the next evolution of her sound.
That evolution centers on a distinctive fusion of dance-pop and rock: steady club bass colliding with live electric guitar, prominent strings, harder-edged production and Win’s powerhouse vocals. Her upcoming material is designed to move between intimate, emotionally direct moments and expansive, layered choruses, combining the physical energy of dance music with the emotion and impact of a live rock performance.
The collaboration follows the 2026 release of Win’s EP She Knows, which marked the beginning of a larger creative chapter for the independent artist. Beyond recorded music, Win is building a multidisciplinary vision encompassing live performance, fashion, beauty, visual media and publishing.

Born in Romania and raised on the Jersey Shore, Win began performing as a child and later trained extensively in voice, acting and stage performance.
