Growing up in the tough neighborhood of Ballentine Place in Norfolk, Jason found himself entangled in the street life, which led to troubled childhood. Despite the challenges he faced, Jason managed to carve out a name for himself, earning the moniker “J Mega” as he gained prominence in the streets. While he enjoyed the trappings of success, such as expensive cars and jewelry, his true passion lay in music. He even joined a rap group called Triggaz, where he showcased his skills alongside fellow members PO and Red October.

As a prominent figure in the street game, Jason’s natural business acumen came to the forefront. He ventured into various business endeavors, including a travel agency called Klick and Book It LLC and multiple music studios before establishing Mega Music Management. With his company firmly established, J Mega began recruiting some of the best underground talent from around the world, earning recognition and accolades for his contributions to the music industry.

Having overcome the odds of his challenging background, where many didn’t survive to adulthood, Jason Stokes, or J Mega, decided to share his knowledge and experiences. He founded The Mega School of Business, a business school aimed at helping others achieve financial freedom and fulfill their dreams. Through this venture, he has become a beacon of inspiration, leading by example as a man of faith and a successful businessman.
