The rebooted franchise is titled Spy Kids: Armageddon. The announcement for reboot film of the franchise was announced on March 30, 2022. The reboot film will be produced by David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Don Granger for Skydance, which will oversee development and production. Elizabeth Avellan and Racer Max will also produce the series. And the reboot film will be executive produced by Spyglass, Gary Barber, and Peter Oillataguerre.

According to sources, the official team makers and Netflix have not come up with any official confirmation regarding the release date of the rebooted Spy-Kids film.
